My name is Glen Bascom.  I’d like to welcome you to Bascom Realty.  

I serve as Principal Broker of Bascom Realty and my wife, Teresa Bascom, owns the company.  We are truly a family-owned business.

Our office is located in our home in Arlington, Tennessee.  This allows us the capability to keep our overhead low and to pass those savings on to our clients.  

I have worked in the real estate business since 2000 and started Bascom Realty in 2005.  I served as an alderman for the town of Arlington for 13 years.  During that time, I served on the Arlington Planning Commission, the Design and Review Board, and the Board of Zoning Appeals.  I have also served as President of our local Chamber of Commerce.  I am active in our local Real Estate Board, having served on the Commercial Council, Finance Committee, and Government Affairs and Professional Standards Committee.  I am a past President of the Realtor Land Institute, Tennessee Chapter.  Currently, I serve on the Shelby County Board of Equalization.

I focus on all aspects of the Real Estate industry.  I represent buyers and sellers in land deals for farming, development, commercial, industrial, and residential.  I also offer Real Estate Consulting.
